Return Product Replacement

Before entering the online shop and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the Kritodomi SA online shop.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and / or request replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days of dispatching the order either because you encountered a problem in the ordering process or found a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind.

Conditions for problems with the ordering process or the product itself

In all cases where Kritodomi SA has proven guilty :
a) incorrect or poor quality or defective products were sold (wrong ordering, pricing, shipping, damaged during shipping or poor packaging)
b) there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and provided the guarantee is provided by Kritodomi SA. In this case products not covered by third party guarantees such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative do not fall under this category.
The return-to-replace product must necessarily be accompanied by the documentation that came with the product (eg DAT, AP Retail) and so on , be in the condition received by the customer and its packaging be the one that normally accompanies the product (IMI compliant).

Conditions for changing opinions

If you changed your mind and would like to return the products you purchased from kritodomishop.gr, the products should be unused, in the condition they were received, complete and without damage, their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies them (IMI compliant) and in excellent condition, along with all documents that accompany them (eg DAT, Ap. Retail etc.) upon delivery.

Return – Replacement Ways

You can return – replace a product in the store of Kritodomi SA or via ACS courier:

• if it concerns a problem with the ordering process or the product itself – free of charge
• if it concerns an opinion change:
  • via ACS courier at your own expense
  • via shipping of your choice at your own expense.

 

Refund in case of Return of Products

In the case of product refunds, refunds take place in one of the following ways:

• by canceling your credit card debit or
• by refund by bank deposit.

Terms relating to all the above cases

In any event of the foregoing, any refunds and / or replacements shall be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the purchase date.
In the event of repeated returns or in the event that Kritodomi SA finds , at its sole discretion, that the customer has misused the right to return or acts in bad faith, it has every right to refuse to return the product even if the above conditions are met.
Finally, Kritodomi SA reserves the right to terminate or modify its return policy at any time by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on the kritodomishop.gr or our branch store.
